I hope you will write me how the business now looks. If at any time you want me to help out in any way, let me know and I will respond at once, for, I do not like to "get off", at just the time business looks blue, if I can help out in any way. Does Professor know of my intended absence; for I want to write him as soon as I leave the Island or before?
My plan now is to go to New York
and complete my business with the Hektograph Co. and if I can manufacture cheaper in New York than at Rochester or Geneseo, I will begin work there. The Hektograph material will stand heat so much better than mine, that I am in hopes of much better results with their material although they are to allow me to manufacture my own gelatine if I desire.
My material can be made for
about 2/3 the cost of theirs.
