       Your letter in regard

to the Stamp was rec'd. As yet I have not been able to make any immediate plans for work on my stamp, for I can do but little while on the Island.

       Now I have had such fair success

with the remainder of my vertebrae I probably shall not remain here much longer. I only hope the bones I have now secured will complete the skeleton and make a <u>good specimen of it in the end. If these bones do not make it complete, I want to still keep at it and finally come out all.right for I do want to make my whale trip a success for the Establishment.
