    I have about $3000.00 worth of fossils that I feel obliged to dispose of in some way. When you want an extra fine collection real cheap, come around. If I could convert two or three hundred dollars worth into a good microscope for my private library, I would like it.
    McBride sends kind regards and joins me in rejoicing over your successful sale of skeletons and purchase of meteorites. It is so much the worse for the University that it did not accept your extremely liberal offer.
