has just been finished and bill made out today.
Mr. Preston has been kept busy most of the time by W.ost., but for the past few days has been working on invertebrates - filling a few orders and gutting out a $75.- systematic collection, modelled after one prepared by Mr. Barrows. We shall perhaps make out one or two others at $25.-, $50.- or $100.- in order to fill the drawers in the new cases. Mr. Preston has had some experience in invertebrates and takes hold quite readily. Have not commenced work in the large Museum yet.
Mr. Lucas, I see, has written shop news very fully, so that I will not touch upon that now. Shall probably send another letter tomorrow, and one Saturday if Mrs. Ward should return tomorrow.
Charles has gone to his uncle's in Leroy to work in the quarry; expected to stay a month, but I presume we shall see him before then.
Hoping that this will find you enjoying the best of healthy and success, I remain
Respectfully yours Arthur B. Baker.
