instruction I mounted a few mammals which were Antelope, Mt Sheep, Sea Lion Foxes, Squirrels, Mink, & c. He also taught a class in Osteology where I learned to mount ligamentary and articulated skeletons. Of the latter a few joints (carpus, ribs on </s sternum > ^vertebrae, were mounted. Also an Elk skeleton was put up by myself. I scraped a few bird skeletons and that of a coon which were mounted as ligamentaries. In the spring of 1882 I went to Fla. where I collected Bird's Skins, two alligators two sharks and two sea turtles for our museum.
