is rather dull. Mr. Staebner tells me that the S.A.T. exhibition was very success- ful. especially pecuniarily,which I am glad to hear. He seems to think that Fraine rather pushed both Hornaday and Webster in quality of work. I was sur- prised to hear that H. took the prize; for I had understood that he considered his own position unquestionable and would not enter into farther competition.
I am getting along well here -
feel rather better than when at home and so am comparatively well satisfied. Respectfully yours, Arthur B. Baker
