Great Bend, Kansas May 19/83 Dear Prof. Ward Enclosed is a list of eggs from marsh on which is noted what have been ordered. I have just heard from Pember of New York what eggs he can furnish, and shall now try to finish up M.LS. of catalogue. Southwick & Jencks wrote about eggs ordered from them that in some cases where sets were ordered only sin gle eggs could be furnished, and vice versa. I told them to send on in either case. Some species they cannot supply, but they stated the matter so blindly that I could not make out which these were, so asked them to send you a list of those species - which species should be crossed off from MSS.
