Your Uncle Selden, In a letter requesting an inventory of the mill & adjuncts, simply stated, that there was an oportunity to sell to a Rochester Co. & wished me to give him full information, as to its selling value here, which I did.^at once^ as also an Inventory of all the Co. property. Have had no word from him since. I have no correspondent in Rochester acquainted with the Co. affairs, & I hope you will write me fully of what is doing.
