    I received yesterday Your

letter of the 30th inst. And showed it to Prof Campbell. Your printed catalogue and price list arrived some days earlier.

    Prof. Campbell prefers to leave

the choice of forms to your larger experience as to what is best, and better judgment.

    He told you when here that he

desired the arrangement of the cabi- net to be geological; but he now thinks it would be better, under all the circumstances to have its arrangement zoological.
