Mr Howell and his assistant
left us last Friday for Washington and Philadelphia. and have had, I trust, a safe and pleasant journey. What they have done pre- sents a fine appearance, and the Cabinet, even in its unfinished condition, has already excited much interest - not only among the members of the institutions
