Dear Sir:

                 I received Yesterday

your favor of the 13th inst,. and believe I understand your wishes- therein expressed - in reference to the Hall. The "two chimneys on South end of hall project from hall" Seven and a half (7 1/2) inches. I must have neglected to write that dimension on the sketch, as I meant to do.

  I enclose a letter from the Rich-

mond agents of the old Dominion P.S. Co. advising as to the ad- dress of the packages you are to send us. We will attend to the freight, & c.
