and can ofcorse, reasonably, expect to improve more in the next six months than I have in the last for I have now generaly mastered the principals of taxidermy and it only remains for me to make my specimens smoother and give more attention to the work on the head.

   My proposition is this. -

I will provide myself with a first class set of tools, (to cost me about $50.) and </u will work ten hours > a day. if you will pay me Ten Dollars ($10.00) a week. </u this looks to me fair >, and if you can afford to pay me that am't now you certainly can later, for I will of corse improve gradualy. </u This is my own </s pro > proposition > and </u will satisfy me > if you accept it. I have been with you now a little over six months, and as you know have been dissatisfied all the time.
