The Constitution of the Int. Spec. Col. Assoc. is soon to be issued in pamphlet form from this office, and will be very widely circulated among collectors throughout the U.S., Canada and in Great Britain. We desire to have a "Directory of the Best Dealers in Collectors' Supplies," of such dealers which we can recommend to our fellow collectors.
