Mr Henry A Ward, Rochester, N. Y. Dear Sir:
Your valued
favor of June 30th to hand and read with much pleasure. Thanks for your offer for the Mountain Goat. I will do my </u level best > to try and secure a specimen that will be an ornament to your museum. The wool on them I think will not be first class until about the last of Sept. About that time I will take a trip out in the mountins in search of one. Only wish you were here to go out with me. Think we could have fine sport. I will write you again in Sept. more at length than now as I am in a hurry at present Any information you may wish concerning this country will be cheerfully answered. I remain as ever Very truly yours Henry Buck
