       Your two postals from

the Exhibition Building, Pittsburg (one an $800. postal and the other an $1050. postal) have been received. I congratulate you on your success so far - Whether you can find any persons with such long purses in Hartford is a problem yet to be determined - I hope so.

       I have not talked up your

project much because I do not meet the right people unless I go out of my way - I have my eye on two empty stores well located & roomy - Regards to Mr Howell Yours very truly H.
