    Charlie tells

me that you are still at home. I had imagined you on your way to S. A. long ago. What I have came to hand all right. Charlie seems starting in all right. He wants French, but it is too late in the term to go on with the Class, and the teacher is too busy to give him private lessons - besides I guess he has already on hand as much as he can do well - His personal expenses have been already some 8 or 10 dollars. You gave me no definite instructions about them. The articles he has wanted seems all legitimate If you have farther suggestions to make let me hear from you. Yours - J. Allen
