duly received. many thanks for the list, & i will see that the specimens are soon returned.

       The five boxes came a

day or two since. Have opened nos. 2976, 2980 and 2977, & found everything in good order- The other boxes we shall store without opening, but I trust every thing in them is all right. Very truly yours J. A. Allen
