now what is your disison as soo as possible as you well know I have considrable of a bebt on me, and tharefore fual that it is my dutey to beter myself if it is posible I have comensed latly and turned over a new leaf about my work and I hope that you have notied it and now if I can have the wages that I think I fairly earn I give you my word that you shall have no ? too complain of my talking in the shops as then I should think that my ? hd that dignity to it which would comand me too keep quite except in cases of speaking of the work hoping that I shall hear from you soo I remain as ever Respestfuly Yours JWm Pritchley
