when wee had our last talk you
would give me the same wages as
Webster when you thought I cant
then but that just then I did
not. now I know that if I
do not earn them now i never
will and if I never can I wish
too know it. Dear Profesor I hope
that you will axsept this letter in
the same spirit that it is writen
You have always been a Good kind
Friend too me and hope that you
may continue too be so fa as some indefiet
time to come. but this has been on
my mind for some time and I should
liked to have seen you myself but
your time at Home has been so short
that I have never had a chance
ther are many things that I might
say if I could see you but as I
cannt these are the plain
facts and I hope that you
wii think rightley of what
I have writen and let me
