    I wrote Prof.

Ward Nov. 6th, inquiring about prices, Nov 13 th I wrote him again, and sent, same day, in another envelope, a large sketch of a rare slab of Decorah stone, which, I thought, he might like to buy. As I have no answer yet, and as a previous letter from me went astray, I fear these three are also lost. Is Prof. Ward at home? He wrote me last summer, that he would like to get a Decorah slab - This is a table-top, polished, 24 x 34 inch
