I will before the next mail goesI will
write you as more explicit answer to the subject of your letter which contains matter of much interest to me this you can forward to Mr Ward - The printed papers attached contain some valuable instructions which with your kind permission I will retain for the purpose of making a few extracts -
In replying to Mr. Ward you may
