Prof. H. A. Ward Dear Sir,

    In reply to your

recent letter- I sincerely hope you may sell your collection to the Univ. but it will need management & time in payment. Hon. Geo. H. Paul & Gov Koef- fen are the Univ. regents & should be seen. Paul is the better man for you. Koeffen is a German & might thus be worth work ing up I will see Col. Vilar here & try to send him down. Of course I hope they will buy a part if not the whole of your collection, but trust you will be able to work them up to the whole thing. Pres. Bassom will do what he can.
