I hand you B./L. and Memo of Expenses on Case from Australia Ship'd on the 31st ? by Steamer, Via Panama -- aggregating ____________ $2.20 The other Shipments I did not Insure, thinking that the alalone Shells were not of any great Value This Case from Australia I thought perhaps was of considerable Value So I insured the Case for $200.00 This possibly may not be half its Value Still in case of accident better have this amount than Nothing --------- With Kind Regards Truly yours Gilbert Clements
