   There will be no difficulty in

preparing the form of your bond. It should be made payable to the "Rector & Visi tors of the University of Va" It should be a bond in the penalty of $20,000 meeting the advance of $10,000 to you & conditions for the further ful fulfillment of your contract &e - I have doubt of the sufficiency of the surety which you offer.
