Your very welcome
letter of the 10 ult. received this morning.
Mr. Baker sends mail to you this
afternoon so you can't accuse me of long delaying my answer.
You seem to be enjoying yourself
immensely, and I wish that I could be with you. Your hunting the Solan geese must have been very novl sport.
The weather i Rochester would just suit
you now, as the mercury varyies from 70 to 90.
I suppose that the Academy will close in
from three to four weeks and then I will be free. Have not been feeling well for the last month, but i guess it is owing to the weather and that I will soon get over it.

the desirability, in fact necessity, of sending me on to Cincinnati this summer to mount the casts etc., ^to be^ sent on there
