[page 2] There are many things in your line Id like if I can reciprocate, or, so as to give you value received which I think I can. The medicine is, as you say good - the fact it is very fare indeed for it is sent everywhere - Where then are Literary people - and with ? fine distant as well as near places.

       This week the Magazine has gone

through West Va - thence went to ?- Wyoming - Cal ? ? all the ? States are in possession of it. The coming season or next season my arrangements are to be doubled or tripled - which will make it still more valuable for ? purposes.

       Of course I cannot take - or

will not insert any kind, or every class of business - but such as yours I deem first class and is alright.

       I presume we can deal so both

can live by it - and I trust be the means of doing each other good.

Madison - & where?

       Should I pass Rochester I will

call - that is the place of my birth.
