is received. In reply as to the charge of two horse teams with driver per day $5.00- I have engaged two. They will be ready when needed.

    The ice left the river yesterday.

I think the large Boat will be in running order by the middle of next week. You can have the goods sent to the Ferry for the same price as at Holyoke. Teams make four trips to the former, and only two to the latter place per day. If you desire me to write you before the goods are sent I will do so. Very Respectfully J Lawrence.
