       Your favors of the 4th &

6th inst. reached me several days ago, and would have been acknowledged before but for delay in preparing the estimate asked for, which is enclosed. In the estimate for the cases, we have not been able to give the cost of the locks, and of the glass and glazing; but you will be able, from your experience in such matters, to fill up the blanks with sufficient accuracy, I should think.
