not been very urgent in the letter which accompanied bill I should not have ad- vanced anything, as I considered it asking too much., besides being unbusiness like in we to pay a bill before the goods were delivered --- My bargin was for the goods set up in the Hall --- and if per yr letter today recd the shipment might as well have been delayed a month longer, & then arrive in season for you to mount ^complete^ before June 3rd, then the goods should not have been shipped at all.
