    3rd the hair has been clipped off on the

belly of the moose and on some of the Antelopes. It seems to me it should have been left its full length. were not supported, so but that the pads made depress ions. One hip of the elk is thus </u deformed >, and one shoulder. The moose is also one sided for the same reason.

    5th I sent you seven antelope skins, more or less

perfect ^all^ with skulls, and one head & neck with skull and antlers. - You return these stuffed skins and two mutilated skins with no skulls. The rest ought to be accounted for. The head & neck with Antlers was a </u very nice > specimen, one I prepared specially myself. I think you have put the skull & Antlers accompanying that head & neck into one of the returned specimens.

    6th The claws of the Grizzly are some of them

loose, & one of them dropped off in getting him upstairs. The Grizzly is the best job of the lot.

    We shall bring this whole matter round 

satisfactory I think. I made the above criticisms because I think you would feather know exactly my opinion than anything else. I judge you must have
