on the Board of Visitors they should be convened, and or ganise - and it would afford me pleasure, what ever may be my other engagements, to meet them, and explain the whole matter.

  It, as I doubt-not  will be the

case -the Governor acts probably on receipt of my letter, I will have you advised of the day to which the New Board will be convened and will attend myself at the University, where alone by law, meetings of the Board can be held.
