Dear Sir

Did not know mail was going tomorrow, however I have to write you a few lines.

I received your letter of Oct. 11 I have not yet been able to get the Trigonia shells, at least as prices you tell me, still will look again. To-day have put the bad head skin of moose in spirit. Have not yet succeed in getting the 2nd species of Cestracion [Heterodontus].

Mr. Oakman send you by this mail steamer the first cask, which contains 26 sharks as follows:
