Now as to the S. A. T - 8 Studer - I need not say that I am rejoiced the concilliation was accomplished
I have not time to review
your entire letter or express my opinion of Studers remarks.
As to his demanding any
authority further than what is reasonable & necessary to make the Exhibition an assured success -
The society as a body will
never visit unlimited power in any one individual to run the Exhibition contrary to the wishes & purposes of the Society - If the Society is to maintain itself as a progressive body - it will never do to run the risk of abuse of the
