having put up a great many and consider myself as good as any as far as I have had experience.

As you requested in your letter of Oct 17th 80 I enclose a picture of myself taken this afternoon.

If you can use me this summer, in case I am not engaged Railroading I should be very much pleased.

I dont care about making any money while with you except enough to pay expenses my object being to make myself proficient in Taxidermy and to study much of the sciences as will be of use to me in the fusture
