acknowledging the receipt of the draft for 50 pounds en= =closed in yr. letter of the 18th Nov last has reached you. since then I have ^recd^ the 2nd & 3rd of exchange en= =closed in yours of the 22nd of the same month. Ac= =cept of my thanks for the same.

of my specimens entirely to you and feel con= =fident that I will get whatever is fair for them. So am quite satisfied with the remittance.
