Dear sir
Your letter of the 2nd duly to hand.
As regard the specimens you speak of, I have none on hand at present excepting what is ordered. I have just collected a very find lot of animals for a gentleman in Melbourne I should have liked you to have seen this collection of animals as they are a very nice assortment I have 6 find forest kangaroo, same Number brush kangaroo, Do. (Bears) small Wallabee, Opposums, (Native) cats (Dingo).
