Dear Prof. Ward.
Just a line in reply to yours of
the 3rd regarding </u your > exhibit. Do you mean that you wish the exhibit to be kept by itself in the Hall or in the catalogue ? I infer the </u latter >. I will send you a catalogue by which you will our method of entering , which is neither by exhibitors nor geological, but after a plan of our own. You can see catalogue in our Reports. Of course we wish to do all possible as you may wish and if you should especially desire your exhibit kept together in the catalogue we will compass it in some way You might confer with Webster and if his views are contrary to your's perhaps we can modify them We begin to make up catalogue to-morrow but of course it will be a few days before it can be straightened out and by that time we can have decided just how your's is to go. I'm curious to see Platypus group. </u Who > </s what > will buy it at that figure $350. ? Will write about other things soon. Now I must close. Sincerely your's Fred. A. Lucas.
