Have you anything you wish drawn for the next Bulletin ? Please send it on soon for I hope to get a little drawing to do for the Museum on the way of fish skeletons for Dr. Gill. Oddly enough Gill suggested that you could issue series of vertebrae showing the "ordinal or sub- ordinal types". Can you afford to pay me a small sum for pictures of the Walruses ? I really would like to undertake a plate after the stipple work style of Elliot's showing the Pacific and Atlantic Walruses and head of female. If you decide favorably please let Mr. Baker send me an outline with the large wrinkles indicate and also the place where the knobby excrescences terminate. Shall I write an article on "Works on Taxidermy" ? Very truly your's Fred A. Lucas.
