Dear Sir

Your favor of 20th writ enclosures is to hand + noted-

As you do not send affidavit as requested in my last letter, please inform me shall I pay the duties.

If the skins are included for Exhibition they will free of duty on making oath to that just. I enclose oath form which will answer the purpose, when duty executed.

I am sorry for this delay, but do not wish to make a mistake.
