</u very heartily indeed > for the pair of </u ele- gant > solid silver napkin rings with which you favored us on our wedding day. They are at once beautiful and useful, and will go at once into active service.

    We cannot tell yet just the pre-

cise day of our departure for home, but will inform you as soon as we do know. Josephine's health is very precarious, & her Mother is loth to have her go while she is so nearly ill.
