Dear Sir,

I just got your favour of 15th wth. and found by a scrupulous examination of my books that I have quite forgotten to give you credit for your remittance of Mares Sir in a check on Frankferton Main. Please excuse this mistake, which was the reason that I ask for settlement of the amount of my invoice of 1st June 1878 which you have overpaid by that remittance by Mars 26. 66 P fenning as you have not deducted the discount of 33/3ϵ I allowed you.

Part III will appear in a fortnight about and be dispatched as you formally requested by Mr. Gerstavus Scheider in Basil in Inriker land. Please deduct this time the overpaid amount of Mars 26. 66 P fenning when sending this remittance for Part III which you may do either at once or after receipt.
