Ward's Employee

18__ – 18__

Occupation

Schmidt notes about WNSE staff

Kirchoff would tease Eggleston saying “Eggleston is present but his soul is up the Genesee River” and when Eggleston would sit with mouth pursed up at his work, Kirchoff would draw a net and some fishes in it on the floor which would startle Eggleston when he looked around and cause him to curse about being shut up indoors and driven cuckoo by Kirchoff into the bargain. Eggleston was a friend of Denslow; very fond of the Genesee River and of fishing.
