to day, 2 Copies of the Gazette of Aug 7th also Pandora with this The Bottled Paper, and the article of May 29th 1873. There is no doubt about the Man. He had gone back to the old country </s and > and has recently returned. A friend called his attention to the 1st article published, when he at once recalled the circumstance and came to see me.
