trouble to myself, & for the past four years without recompense.

    I have always had the

hope that someday we should utilize the mill here., & noJust when we have one fair success here, as to what can be done even in this District with a good working capital. It is hardly showing sense, to turn off the Mill, as some of the owners seem willing to.
